Student Council wins best Merdeka photo

SUBANG JAYA - Taylor’s University Student Council plans to save their Merdeka Day Best Dressed Group Photo prize, an RM600 shopping voucher, as an award for future events or competitions organised by them.

 

Bernard Ow Ji Jing, campus integration director of the Student Council added that Merdeka is a significant day that celebrates the freedom that our nation’s warriors have fought for and it is the day to celebrate the unity of people of this nation.

 

The Student Development Hub announced the winners of the Best Dressed Group Photo contest on5 Sept.

 

Niranjni a/p Jayabalan coordinator of the contest said, “The objective of 

this competition was to create the spirit of oneness on our National Day 

celebration. We wanted to celebrate our cultural diversity with all students and staff at Taylor's University."
